These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Carrotcraft webstore (“Webstore”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any purchase.
1. Scope and Purpose
The Webstore provides virtual, non-tangible in-game items, including but not limited to ranks and permissions, for use exclusively on the Minecraft server Carrotcraft (“the Server”). All items are digital goods and have no real-world monetary value.
2. Eligibility
Purchasers must be legally permitted to complete online transactions. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to making any purchase. Purchases made without proper authorization are not eligible for refunds.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Carrotcraft does not collect or store payment information. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery of Digital Goods
Purchased items are delivered digitally to the account name provided during checkout. Delivery is generally automated but may be delayed due to technical issues. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the correct username is entered.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Server resets, data wipes, or permanent shutdowns

Modifications, removals, or rebalancing of ranks or perks
This policy is in accordance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement regarding digital content.
6. Server Rules and Enforcement
The purchase of any rank or item does not exempt a player from compliance with server rules. Carrotcraft reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to purchased items if a player violates server rules, without refund or compensation.
7. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Webstore, Server, ranks, or features at any time. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Webstore constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your account and for providing accurate information during checkout. Carrotcraft is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect account information supplied by the purchaser.

Carrotcraft and its Webstore are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
